Goodmorning! Happy hump day!
Good evening love. I had a house salad for lunch and dinner yesterday. This what I had to eat today. Trying to gain an appetite back. Going out of town tonight but I will buy my gym membership when i get back on Monday. Definitely gon need live sessions for the last week 🙏🏽

Great morning! I know I'm not the best at this at all! But I actually miss working out if I miss one so that's new for me !! I combined two workouts yesterday before work and ate thin crust chicken pizza and salad. Finally finished my detox water from last week this weekend. It was a gallon of lemons mangos blueberries(I forgot the cucumbers) Refilled twice.
A gym membership 🥲🥲 okay yes ma’am. I hope y’all know you’re appreciated and nothing you do or say goes unnoticed. Even if it takes us forever to get with the program. you are amazing women of God. Encouraging! Real & raw. Regardless of circumstances. I appreciate you Carley 💕 & Melika 💕
